Our studio features approximately 900 square feet of flooring covered with "judo tatami" - vinyl-coated foam rectangles approximately 2" thick, supported by a wood sub-floor raised off of the poured concrete. The result is a firm but forgiving surface that provides good traction without too much stickiness (no need for yoga mats!). There are men's and women's changing areas and toilets, but no showers.
