SCHEDULE
Monday – Sweet Start in Japan
We kick off the week making taiyaki (warm Japanese waffle cakes shaped liked fish filled with delicious sweet or savory fillings), paired with aikido games and movement.
Tuesday – Art in Bloom
A calming and beautiful ikebana (Japanese flower arranging) workshop, along with outdoor play and active aikido games.
Wednesday – Japanese Culture & Sound
A hands-on day exploring Japanese culture and crafts, highlighted by a special live koto performance that brings traditional music to life.
Thursday – Water Day
A favorite every year—pool day for cooling off, playing, and enjoying summer together.
Friday – Celebration Day
We wrap up the week with ice cream, games, and plenty of time to celebrate friendships and accomplishments.
Throughout the week, campers will enjoy a mix of: aikido games and movement, outdoor play, snacks, and fun cultural experiences—and sushi!
